| Went out with a group of friends from Natchez and Clinton,MS last Friday afternoon with Capt. LANCE and First Mate and soon to be Capt. Leon, on the Strike Zone. Had a great overnite trip, ending up with 9 yellow fin that averaged 45-55 pounds, also caught and released about 10 small black fins. It was my first overnighter and man what a sight to see those tuna busting the surface chasing the flying fish. Capt. LANCE was first class and knows how to catch tuna at night. As soon as my arms get back to normal, will start cooking some of the rewards from the trip. Thanks to John W. for setting up the trip. P.S. To the men in the Topaz that watched us (with binoculars) pull in the big ones, just schedule a trip with the Lance Walker. | |
