fishing charter

Bad weather hit Venice and the mouth of the river at the start of the day.  Captain LANCE and Capt.Donnie called to see if I wanted to cancel the trips. As I looked on the radar I could see that the dad weather was moving north-east at about 10 kts.  After and hour I give them the green light, and the rain had started to slow down.  When they hit the gulf out of South Pass the seas were 2 to 3 feet and off they went to find a great LIVE rip only 9 miles out of the pass.  This was a Bull Dolphin Day.  Non Stop Action~~~~Capt. LANCE had 28 Bull Dolphin and 6 AJ's and Capt. Donnie had 9 Bull Dolphin and one tuna..~~~~We have three sportfishing vessels out fishing Tuna tonight and if it is like the last couple of night they will have some happy fisherman.~~~~~~~You still have time to enter the Baton Rouge Big Game Invitational Tournament on July 3rd to the 5th.  The winning team will fish the ROLEX/IGFA Championship in Cabo.
