$200 (Refundable)
If damage is greater than deposit you will be held responsible to

Reservations are booked upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% of
rental rate chosen
We will not hold
dates, and await payment.
2 night minimum on the weekends
Include a copy of
your drivers license (must be 25 or older to rent)
The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival
. In the event of a
hurricane and a mandatory evacuation is ordered during your stay, a
pro-rated amount will be refunded.
CHECK OUT TIME AT NOON.
